I bought a Groupon * * Anchorage Alaska on-again off-again shuttle. I also purchased a cruise through Alaska's finest leaving at * a.m. in the morning. After the cruise, I was going to get on the on-again-off-again shuttle. Both tours were through Alaska's finest tour. Unfortunately Alaska's finest tours calls in ask me very passionately to change the cruise time to the middle of the day, and they made the cruise longer and added a wildlife trip. This is because they had minimal participation at the time I had scheduled. So they wanted me to go with a larger group leaving at **.** and they would not run that morning. So, I can't use my Groupon. I don't have enough time. Can I please get my money back. You can call and verify this information with being at Alaska's finest cruises. My cancellation is not due to any fault of my own. It is because of the merchant.
