I purchased a Groupon voucher *DFSNCSQE on May **rd. I made the reservation for May **st. In the morning of May ** old City tours sent me an email stating that they charged me an additional $** for the tour. After ** emails they are still refusing to reimburse me the additional charge. *When I boarded the Cruise that evening the captain found me on the manifest twice. I have also purchased * other vouchers for different cruises for this company but as ride as they are being and stealing money from me I would like to request a refund for the additional vouchers
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
