Although I have had an account with Groupon for many years, when I attempted to sign into my account, I received the following message:**"Groupon felt a little tingle telling us you've recently tried to reset your password. The tingle turned to sadness, however, when we realized there is no account on file with this email address."**Very odd as I was finally able to open my account another way in order to copy a voucher that was to be emailed by Groupon to him for his birthday on MARCH **, ****! However, he never received that email. Luckily, the voucher does not expire until June **, **, ****. WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS BIRTHDAY present email--the gift card*voucher? I kept wondering why he never said anything about receiving this particular gift! **I was going to ask that you look into the foregoing because I had wanted to order something and could not do so because of the message received from Groupon that, "... there is no account on file with this email address." (Even though my email address has not changed: *****@***.com) However, after realizing that my husband's birthday present was never sent to him by Groupon, I am rethinking ordering anything more from Groupon!**Sincerely,**Mary F.
