Help with my Groupon issue

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

got the wrong tickets, just need a refund i am with in the ** hours of buying them. got the place wrong will never need these tickets, and dont know how to cancel*refund. looked up how to do it and nothing has worked.
