I purchased a ticket from groupon for $** on May **th for the San Diego Wild Animal Safari Park. I need the ticket by this friday and have conf I paid and cant open voucher and have been in contact about support help and nothing has worked, now I went back in and besides it saying pending now says I redeemed it as of today. I need an employee to get back to me within next * business hours, not ** hours time is of the essence and cant call a live person on the phone I get directed back to online. If we cant fix this and someone doesnt get back to me soon, I will just call my credit card and have charge reversed since I obviously didnt use ticket today.**Thank you,**Amber Howard
