I am very disappointed in Groupon's services. This was my first attempt buying something through Groupon. I scheduled a reservation and had a conflict arrise three days before my reservation. I thought at least I would be able cancel under the hotels cancellation policy which is two days before. I have spent hours researching this. I now realize I didn't read the fine print. I will never again use Groupon. I would at least expect to be able to move my reservation to another date. I guess social media is a good place to start to warn people not to make reservations though Groupon if there is any chance of needing to cancel. What a scam.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
