Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-vickica's own words
I purchased a groupon for ProFlowers on May ** and used it to purchase flowers for Mother's Day. The flowers that arrived for my mother in law were missing all ** roses! The company, ProFlowers, was contacted and they told me that they would refund my purchase. I recently realized, upon looking at my credit card statement, that I was refunded, but my groupon was not. My groupon was made usable again, but I NEVER want to do business with ProFlowers again after the completely ruined Mother's Day gift. I would like a refund of my Groupon.
