I received my shark robot vacuum cleaner ****. This is the second one that I’ve ordered from you in less than a week However I’m concerned about this one the first one I received the vacuum cleaner in its box inside a box protected from damage The second one came in just its box and it was not even taped or sealed before delivery My concern is FedEx and USPS throwing it around and it may be damaged internally I have pictures of me opening it because I noticed that the shipping label is on the outside of the box there is no tape sealing it up and anyone could’ve gotten inside of this package This is the third attempt to contact someone the first two was via your site and a letter to your customer service. I have not used the vacuum yet and I will not until I hear from somebody on what guarantee I have that in the coming weeks I don’t have problems with it because of the way it was shipped. I did purchase the service contract but I believe that’s good after the first ** days I want reassurance from somebody or notated how this package was shipped I look forward to hearing from somebody very soon as this is my third attempt at contacting Groupon
