As I was filling out the application for the Groupon for quandary Great Escape my telephone died and I had to restart the process when my phone turn back on . I restarted the process and it told me that the voucher was already used but I never finish the application and it came up on my bank statement saying that I bought the Groupon when I never did and we weren't able to use it because it said it was used when it never was the system made us restart the process but said that the voucher was used which doesn't make sense to me. We called quandary Great Escape they also tried to cooperate with us and help fix the situation but by the time they reset the application process they had said someone took our spot and they were all booked for the evening. now at this point I just want to know if I can get my money back because we never got to use the voucher but I still got charged for it and that is unacceptable. Poor customer service to me and I am very upset that I was not able to use my voucher and start from where I left off on the application process. I just want to refund the money I will greatly appreciate it thank you for your time and sorry for the inconvenience have a good day.
