i just made an account. Purchased a hotel stay which seemed to go through and a screen appeared that said processing payment and an email would be sent to me about the order. I then checked my email and had a verification email for my account which I clicked the link in and groupon told me that I did not have an account. very confused and want to make sure the payment did not go through and would like to know why this is happening have had much trouble trying to book this over the past two days and have tried two different accounts and two different cards. please help. :)
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
