The issue in GetHuman-cjaw's own words
We used Groupon and had a reservation for the claridge hotel, the first night we stayed there, their was a couple next in the room next to us, and they stayed up arguing and woke us and our kids up at four in the morning. They were screaming and banging in the doors! We contacted security, security came! It was quite and then the couple started fighting again at *** am and we again called security! & we had trouble going back to sleep. We spoke to management, and they told us security has a one strike policy to disruptive guest, but they were still in their room & they had multiple complaints from other guest! Check in and check out took an excessive amount of time, & they were not busy! A false fire alarm went off (for a hotel nearby,) but we had to exit our hotel and rush from the **th floor with two children, down the stairs. And it was a test from the other hotel and they didn’t bother to let their guest know! Our shower was clean spin arrival, had hair in the shower floor and drainage. And the carpeted area was not vacuumed, and ended up stepping on a beer bottle cap! Not a pleasent feeling. & didn’t complain and any of it until now. We paid a good amount of money for our reservation and expected better customer service. Very very disappointed!!!
