I ordered a **.** fruit basket for **.**. I Was not able to sign in address I wanted the basket sent to because I did not understand the instructions for doing this . I even spoke to the merchant on phone & was told that I needed some info from my groupon account which I did not know how to retrieve being new to groupon . I see where I have notice saying that my offer will expire June **st however my account was charge **.** and I would like to be refunded because that Groupon was not used due to the reason I have given you..
