The issue in GetHuman-eileenfo's own words
Get reimbursed for something I did not order ... I ordered barstools ****. I received an email on **** stating they ran out of stock but would ship me another type. The email also said the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped. I received an email **** with tracking status that says they have not shipped. I DO NOT want anything shipped until I see a photo, have an opportunity to evaluate whether or not its comparable and agree on pricing. Please contact me RIGHT AWAY and DO NOT ship anything that I haven't approved.
They charged me again instead of crediting me. I have now been charged $**** for something I didn’t order
