I will like to dispute this offered because the offer is not good for what was offered, for both gift and purchase. I want the both purchases to be cancelled and refunded back to my account.

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-zvera's own words
The same as it said on purchase. ... I purchased a Groupon offer for myself and as a gift. As I arrived to the location to use my Groupon it was to meet as a consultation to see if we were able to go forward with the Groupon and it was not going forward because it was costing a way more apart from what has said on the Groupon. I do need a refund.
But they don't thoroughly explain what is going to be added.
I want my refund, because I'm very unsatisfied.
I'm a new customer and expected to be as follow but when I got there she kept adding.
Tried calling Groupon to dispute it but no answer.
