Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-sheidara's own words
I bought a Groupon for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment and had a horrible experience with the salon owners as well as the actual product. *I was charged an extra $***.** at the end of the treatment which was already very upsetting, but what is worse is that I have washed my hair after the two days time they told me and it is not smooth. I have done a Keratin treatment before and it should be silky smooth after shampoo but my hair is not smooth and I still have to blow dry and straighten and it still is not keratin smooth. The product is horrible I am so disappointed as I paid over $***.** and it is not even a Keratin treatment. I would like a refund for this horrible service.
GetHuman-sheidara did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
