I ordered a TV wall mount and I did not receive the mount. As advertised it said ‘Play TV -full Motion Wall Mount and Single or double stand for **-** TV’s double stand. My understanding on this ad is a mount and single or double stand. Irregardless if I choose a double or single stand I will still receive a mount. I contacted customer support. I thought my question where satisfied and I even thanked Seraya. I need help regarding this matter.
