I recently placed two separate orders for Aduro Surge Protector outlets with Dual USB Ports. The orders include 2 units of the 4-outlet surge protectors with Order # [redacted]15, and 1 unit of the 6-outlet surge protector with Order # [redacted]45. Today, I noticed that the price of these items has decreased by $2 each, totaling a potential savings of $6. In addition to the surge protectors, I also purchased 2 PowerMaster 12,000mAh LED Dual-USB Power Banks in Green, 1 4-Port USB Charging Station with Single AC Extendable Wire in Blue, and 1 Rhino Braided Paracord Micro USB Charge and Sync Cable in Blue. Considering the Memorial Day weekend special, I believe that the prices of the additional items I bought might also be reduced by $2 each, resulting in an additional $6 or more in savings. I was attempting to purchase coupons for Marsh Creek Water Sports when I encountered an issue with my credit card. Despite updating my card information, I am now unable to make the purchase due to the system indicating that I have surpassed the allowed number of purchases. I have not completed any transactions as my initial card did not process. I have tried to request assistance via the app, but the link to do so is inactive, which I find unprofessional. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the company through Facebook have gone unanswered. I have spent significant time trying to buy the gift for my husband and have been left feeling frustrated with Groupon's service. The savings are not worth the hassle.

I dined at Bangkok Pavilion with a Groupon on May 24. Despite trying through the mobile app and their website, I couldn't use the Groupon due to technical issues and ended up paying full price of $45 for the meal. My email is [redacted] and phone number is [redacted]. I'm requesting a refund of $20 for the unused Groupon as I can't use it later due to travel plans. My order number is 1[redacted]73-[redacted]. After using two sessions, the seller went on vacation until spring. When I tried to contact them again after spring, I found out they no longer work there and were not licensed to do laser treatments. Initially, the seller asked for an additional $40 for six sessions, which I paid and have an email receipt for. I am now seeking a refund and questioning how they were allowed to operate on Groupon without the proper license. Could you please provide a valid phone number for contacting Groupon? Thank you.

I am trying to inquire about an order placed earlier today and have already spoken with multiple representatives. I am requesting a return call for a phone discussion. I purchased a traditional afternoon tea for two, but due to the voucher's expiration date set for June 30, I initiated a refund since I plan to use it on July 8. I completed the refund process and received an email confirmation. Later, a confirmation email for the voucher purchase arrived, causing uncertainty about the status of the voucher. I revisited the event details on Groupon and confirmed the 60-day usage period as I had initially understood. I have two main questions: Is the voucher I purchased this morning still valid? If not, can I re-buy it and use it on July 8, [redacted]? A telephone conversation would help resolve these concerns more effectively.

I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] from Groupon for a purchase of cleaning services to Pretty In Pink made on March 8, [redacted]. Upon seeing the special deal on Groupon, I contacted Pretty In Pink to inquire about purchasing another Groupon as I had previously used one of their cleaning service deals. The receptionist assured me that I could buy and use another Groupon for their services as a final exception before becoming a regular customer, despite the usual policy. I intentionally sought their approval before buying the Groupon. However, now they are refusing to honor the permission given by their staff and denying me the use of my Groupon for their services. A refund of $[redacted] would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a phone from Groupon on 5/16 expecting it to ship within 4-7 days according to their ad. Despite the confirmation email on 5/17 stating the shipping label was created, FedEx did not update the status. In a chat, Supervisor Vichithra N. mentioned the fine print indicated a 7-day shipping period. After waiting 7 days with no updates, I contacted customer service again. Vichithra N. suggested a refund due to the delay in investigating the shipment. It's frustrating that Groupon cannot verify if the item has even left their warehouse. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of transparency from their support team.

I recently purchased a Groupon for lash extensions at Black Sapphire. Despite trying to schedule an appointment for three weeks, I have faced difficulties reaching them, as they do not answer calls and only sporadically respond to texts. Moreover, their response times vary, and they provide conflicting availabilities from different numbers. After finally managing to schedule an appointment, it was unexpectedly canceled the day before. This experience has been frustrating, and I no longer wish to engage with this establishment. I am seeking a refund and will look for services elsewhere. Their behavior, such as going silent after mentioning the Groupon and making scheduling challenging, has been disappointing. I purchased a Men's Brazilian Wax coupon for Falls Church, Virginia through Groupon. The instructions were clear that I needed to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to call their number, no one answered. We assumed they were busy, so we checked their open hours on Groupon and even went to their location. However, when we arrived and knocked, there was no response. After calling once more, we still received no answer. This experience wasted a significant amount of time navigating the internet, making calls, and traveling to the site, incurring tolls, gas expenses, and traffic. I placed an order for the 3-piece Olympia "TAO" hard-sided luggage set. However, I received the incorrect "Taurus" set instead. The online chat support was unable to assist me effectively. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this error. I specifically chose the "TAO" set for its polycarbonate material, not ABS like the "Taurus" set I received. I was informed that I could return the incorrect set for a credit, but this does not resolve my issue. I live in close proximity to the Olympia store and would prefer to exchange the luggage in person. I am perplexed as to why my order was changed without notification. I recently attempted to redeem my Groupon voucher for flowers on Bloom's website. However, I was disappointed to discover that there were no flower options available for $40 as advertised. The website required an additional $20 payment, and even more if a vase was included. This additional cost was not specified in the fine print. When I inquired with the sales agent, they confirmed there were no $40 bouquets available for $20. I request a refund and advise others to be cautious of this deceptive practice. It is concerning that this is allowed under Groupon's name, as my past experiences with Groupon have been positive. This is my third attempt to contact customer support about the missing TV mount I ordered, the Play TV Full-Motion Wall Mount and Single or Double Stand for 23-47 TVs. Despite being told to return the item, reorder, and wait for a refund, I prefer not to do that due to inconvenience. I just want the missing TV mount I ordered back in March to complete my installation. I checked the box on 05-26-[redacted] and found the mount missing. Please send me the TV mount so I can finish setting up my TV stand. Thank you.

I tried to purchase a Groupon for the Top of the Rock Observation Deck on the night of May 26 around 10 pm. However, when I completed the purchase, I realized it was for a tour and not just access to the observation deck. I contacted a live chat agent to confirm if I could use the Groupon immediately, and they assured me I could. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the ticket to go to the deck at that time nor could I join the tour as it ended at 6 pm. Since I'm from Toronto and was only in New York for that one night, it seems I won't be able to use the Groupon. I'm disappointed because it was a significant amount, around $70. I would not have bought it if I had known I couldn't use it after 6 pm. The title of the Groupon implied access to the observation deck, not a tour.

I paid for a hair service and encountered several issues. Firstly, when I called months ago for an appointment, I did not receive a callback. Then, when I recently called and mentioned my Groupon, I was informed that weekend appointments were not accepted. Lastly, when I texted for an appointment today, it was confirmed, but later, I was told that someone else had booked online for the same slot. I received a text message from a number, presumably Kay, instructing me to book online instead. Is this the appropriate way to handle a customer? I am now seeking a refund for the services of shampoo, blow dry, and silk press.

Good Morning, I noticed an error in the Costco offer while comparing prices between Groupon and Costco. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account as the page goes blank. The Costco membership deal for $60 on Groupon seems to be the same price as Costco without any additional savings mentioned. When I attempted to purchase on Groupon, I got locked out and can't log back in. I'm worried about losing out on the deal and the massage I wanted to purchase. I tried calling but no one answered. I scheduled a car detailing appointment, but when I picked up my car, I noticed several issues. The inside doors were dirty, the pockets hadn't been cleaned, the door jams were left untouched, and there was dirt and berries in the trunk. Additionally, the drink cup holders were not cleaned, and there was a pressure washer in the trunk that scratched my car. I contacted the owner, but he was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite my concerns, he only partially addressed the issues and seemed reluctant to rectify the situation. The chrome on the back tires also had scratches. I suspect that the car was not hand-washed as promised but rather quickly run through a car wash. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the poor service provided.

I recently bought a manicure deal from Touched by Tish in Indianapolis. It has been a challenge to make an appointment as the owner is unresponsive. After weeks of trying, I finally got a reply with limited availability which didn't work for me. I managed to book one slot for tomorrow but it was later canceled. My Groupon expires soon, and now there are no openings until after the expiration date. This experience is frustrating, and I've had no issues with Groupon in the past. Can someone please assist me with this situation?

I encountered an issue with purchasing 2 Jazz fest tickets for June 16. Although I had two credit cards on file, they only attempted one card, which they claimed had a problem. After providing a new card, the same issue occurred, resulting in a missed opportunity due to delays. Unfortunately, my texts requesting assistance have gone unanswered. There was no apparent reason why they couldn't use either of the two cards. I urgently need those discounted tickets as I have a guest traveling 8 hours to attend with me, and I am currently ticketless. The responsibility for this mishap falls on your company. I'm E.
