Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I recently bought a Groupon to Black Sapphire for lash extensions. I have for * weeks tried to make an appointment , almost on a daily basis. They don’t answer their phones and only text back . And rarely text back but when they do it’s from * different numbers with completely different schedules. Most of which don’t accommodate my available times. One number will day one time is available and the other number will tell me it’s not. When after * weeks I finally scheduled an appointment. They texted the day prior and said appt was no longer available. I am fruatrated and want nothing to do with these morons. I am hoping you can refund me and I will try somewhere else. And also they asked me in the beginning if I had a groupon and when I said yes they went radio silent for a week. I find that I have had this problem in the past when purchasing beauty appts. They make it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment.*Well thanks , and let me know what course of action if any I can take.*Maria Bradley
