Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-dyandreg's own words
I booked a hotel (*****-******-******). I just arrived at the hotel and the front desk is telling me that they never recieved a confirmation or email from Groupon. They are telling me that I am unable to stay here tonight due to no rooms being available. I have driven * *** hours from Seattle to Portland with my * year old and my ** year old. It’s almost midnight and we do not have a place to stay. I am extreamly unhappy at this moment and I need a full refund ASAP!
