I am writing to request a refund of the $*** I paid to Groupon for the purchase of cleaning services to Pretty In Pink. This was purchased on March *,****. When I saw the Pretty In Pink Groupon special, I called Pretty In Pink and told them that I had already used a Groupon for their cleaning service, and asked if it was okay to purchase another Groupon for their cleaning service. The receptionist said that although normally it's for first time use only, she would allow me to purchase and use the Groupon for their services one last time before becoming a regular customer. I purposely wanted their permission, before my purchase on Groupon. Now they are saying that they won't honor what their staff permitted me to do and won't allow me to use my Groupon for their services. A refund for the $*** would be very much appreciated!
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
