I would like a refund. First I received an email saying that my order didn’t go through so I re-booked the activity I purchased. But when I checked my bank account it shows that i was charged for the previous activity that the email said wasn’t complete. So I would like that refund. Second I have an service animal with me but the people there told me I had to leave because I couldn’t have her there with me. So I was very frustrated and had to leave. I would like this refunded as well considering that I didn’t even get to participate in the activity I purchased.
