Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

We had lunch at Bangkok Pavilion yesterday May **, intending to use a Groupon, expiring June **. I purchased * with *****@***.com account. Your server was down "Groupon is experiencing technical difficulties,try again later" only message seen before during and some time after our lunch (**AM -*PM CST). We paid the full amount. As we fulfilled our end and patronized the restaurant, ordered dine in, not carry out or buffet, as eligible for groupon. We paid way over $**. I would like a Refund of $** and to mark that Groupon used. I have used your mobile app fine many times in the past, and was able to access my account fine. I also tried from browser on phone for your website, but that way would not open either. We sat for an extra long time at lunch hoping your issue would resolve. We finally oaid full amount near $** with tip. I was embarrassed as I had planned to buy lunch for us both usingthe groupn but when it woul not open my kind guest insisted on splitting the bill. Grrrrr. Restaurant could not help, e.g., if I brought Groupon voucher in later, as they would need authorization from Groupon, which no-one could get. Can we please resolve this by your refunding me the $**? I do not want na extension as I already ahve another one to use sooon biut will be traveling etc much in summer and could not use again after using the second one soon until fall or later. This is the kind on f time that a phone access woudl be helpful, ans it is NOT covered in FAQS becase it isn't F. I also tried to submit this on the wegb side under ny stuff but the "Continue" button for Step * was dimmed out. After selecting the Groupon and entering this message info, it would NOT proceed there. I started over several times with same result. At that point NO recourse and NO access to help. No option for phone call return etc as promised in your phone message and your literature.
