I recently purchased a trip to Colombia sponsored by Gate * travel. I purchased by the deadline, and indicated I wanted to take their Sept. ** departure. I recently received a notice that my Groupon had expired, and I could apply the money elsewhere. Huh? I paid on time, and don’t want to spend my money elsewhere. I am currently traveling and planned on taking care of the details of the trip once I got back home **th May, and had access to a phone and my computer. What gives?? My first choice is to take the trip as planned. As a last resort I would like a complete refund of my money.
GetHuman-acdrey did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
