After five days of pleading for assistance, and a phone call from one from one of your representatives, I finally received a phone call from Oscar, who was very patient, and considerate, and helpful, and helped me to solve my problems. I have to say very strongly, that I am amazed that you company puts customers through such an ordeal, in not being able to place a phone call to a LIVE representative......without this convenience and confidence, I think you are driving customers away.......MAKE A WORKABLE CUSTOMER S ERVICE PHO
