Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jajbradd's own words
I purchased a Topeka, KS Dream Drive Exotics * lap experience in December. I do not recall the Groupon promo stating drives were only a couple of days per year in each area. We called in April to make a reservation and found there were no available driving slots for the * days they would be in Topeka (closest site to us) despite calling weeks in advance. I think this situation warrants a full refund despite the published rules. Thank you for your consideration.
GetHuman-jajbradd did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
