Hello, I purchased a Groupon with privileged skin Rx for three facials with a gold mask. I received the first one and my face was swollen and scratched but seeing as how it was my first facial I didn’t know that was bad. Then I got the s come one, same thing but again I had no idea this was not normal. So I booked my third appt and they said my Groupon expired, however it did not! So while I was there waiting for my appointment she told me I had to by another one and then they would honor the third one! That made no sense, but the owner was yelling at me and I got nervous and bought it right there in the store! It was horrible! Then I left and my face was so badly burned that it was bleeding!!!! I now have a scar in my chin! I would like your help getting a refund for the full amounts I paid including the tip for both of these Groupons. The owner is a scam artist and I was just advised that I should take legal action regarding the scaring on my face, by that does not involve Groupon. Can you help me get these refunds please???? THhis has been the most horrible experience and my face is now permanent ruined!! I am so upset so I really hope Groupon helps with customers who have been victims of scams and horrible patient abuse. Please help, thanks so much.
