Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi there, I purchased a nail Groupon for Westport ct.. I bought one for my mom as well on my other account. We were going to go together and I tried to buy one for myself too but it wouldn’t let me so I had to use a diff account. Anyways I was trying to get ahold of the salon and the first few days no one answered.. then today they answered and I needed * appts for Friday. She told me there’s only * lady and that she’s completely booked for days. Therefor I’m no going to be able to use it when I need to. Please refund me for these two vouchers so I can purchase another one. Thank you I appreciate it
