I purchased online, got a confirmation email. then next day I received an email to say trade your expired groupon for a new one. *it said the promotional value of your groupon just expired. you can trade in the groupon for a new local deal. just click trade in before june *th to make a trade**why am I getting this email? I don't want to trade in. I bought tickets for the one world trade observatory. I haven't redeem or activate when I purchased, was I suppose to?
