I ordered a NuPouch waterproof dry bag on My *th...It was never delivered by Fed Ex and they have no record of the tracking number that was given to me. I chatted with a representative this morning but the issue was not resolved. I want my money back for the item in question...Order number *********. I asked to have the bag fresent but NO they cant do that so I reordered a new one and hope it doesn't get as screwed up as the last as I need it for a birthday gift.*PLEASE refund my original price....NOT groupon bucks as now I have paid twice for this bag. Also let me know by email that this matter has been resolved and the original price returned to my credit card and when it will show up as a credit. Thank you....what a mess this has been.
