Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a bowling for * groupon at George Papas Liberty Lanes the day of use.. the groupon never showed in my active groupons and the money wasnt taken out of my checking account, so I reordered. The groupon showed up and It was redeemed. The next day i had a transaction for $** and $***. I waited to see if it would stay pending or actually post to my acct and this morning it posted. These purchases were made on Saturday May **th. The * other vouchers showed up in my groupon account yesterday but I do not need them. I only wanted and needed the one voucher that was redeemed. I need to speak with someone about getting a refund for $*** to my checking account. **Thank you.
GetHuman-jstaley did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
