On ****, I bought an oil change at Broadway Gas for $**.**. The Groupon No. is LG-**TS-M*R*-*Y*W-NRKZ. On ****, I used another Groupon at Salon Euphoria, dated recently. By mistake, I gave the folded-up oil change Groupon to the Salon's Shanna Droukis, instead of her Groupon! I sent Shanna her correct Groupon and requested she send me the Broadway Gas one. I've requested twice, and no answer. I do think my re-taped damaged envelope mayhave been a problem, but I cannot believe that Shanna would keep the oil change one for herself, having had several very favorable meetings with her. Is there any way I can discover if my missing Groupon has actually been used?! I'd love to use it.

Apparently a "Get Human" person quickly got in touch with the mistaken recipient of my groupon, who then offered me a groupon for her own (excellent!) hair salon services. All I know is I suddenly received this groupon via email.
