The record from FedEX shows that an ordered was delivered but that was not the case. The order was for cologne - Order * *********. I would like a refund if the product has not been delivered.
GetHuman702314 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

There was confusion with where the postal carrier left the package. There is a bin on the premises I was not aware of. After calling the post office, I was told that the key to open the bin will be in my mailbox tomorrow. Hopefully, this will do the trick.
