Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I inadvertently ordered six sets compression socks. I was checking order to see if order was complete and it forwarded to my credit card and AUTOMATICALLY charged my card SIX times. I called and was told I have * hours to cancel, however site shows * days. The number on site shows no one answers, and live chat was a joke...he was rude, condescending and snickered at my error. I just want a FULL REFUND and your company EXPOSED for lacking integrity.
GetHuman-uniquean did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
