I bought a Groupon for Botox. The order did not go therough. When I received the email I then went in and updated my credit card info, as I had previously had an old card stored. It has now been * days and I still have not received a new email telling me that the issue has been resolved or that my Groupon has been purchased. Not sure if I should repurchase......and I also did not save the promo code I originally put in so I don’t know how to proceed. Please call or email me back ASAP.
GetHuman-schneble did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
