I made a purchase of two items a OtterBox smartphone case for $**.** and Rizzoli Annette stretch shoes for $**.** I was also given a $** off credit which should have made my total $**.** instead I have two separate charges on the **st of May one for $**.** and a second charge for $**.** as well as a third charge on May **th for $**.** I do not understand all these charges and this does not add up please clarify ASAP ... I want to confirm my current orders with Groupon I am showing three different charges on my bank account and I do not remember making all these purchases
I do not like taking care of this on the internet I would rather speak with someone directly and in person
I have been a customer with Groupon for many years I do not appreciate being overcharged I need to have this fixed or clarified.

tell you the truth I do not know how it was fixed I just kept sending messages and Advising of the situation the next thing I knew the error was corrected in my bank account with no communication from either you or Groupon
