I bought 3 Formostar body wraps from Silver Sun Tan, and today I had my first session. The attendant informed me the machine can reach over [redacted] degrees, but she set it at 50 and then 55 degrees. I did not sweat at all. When I asked why she didn't increase the temperature, she said everyone starts at 50 degrees and I could try 60 next time. After researching, I found out body wraps are ineffective below [redacted] degrees. I feel like my money was wasted as the session did not make me sweat or heat up. I want a refund for this Groupon because the session did not meet my expectations. Another session at 60 degrees will likely have the same result. They claim it burns fat, but I experienced no sweating or heat during the session.

I purchased xFit Anti-Fatigue socks (2 pairs) in two different sizes. However, both packages I received were in size S/M instead of one pair in L/XL as ordered. The mailing label even indicates "xFit ANTI-FATIGUE Socks-Nude L/XL (5-pack)." I would like to return the S/M package and receive the correct size (L/XL) that I originally ordered. I understand that it may be a final sale, but I did not make the mistake. Can I return the package with the wrong size so that I can get the correct size sent to me instead? I bought a Groupon for my mother's microblading service at Eloisa Spa as a gift in December. Unfortunately, when the appointment day arrived, she had to tend to her father's affairs overseas due to his passing. It's been a challenging period for us. As the Groupon has expired, I reached out to the Spa but was advised to contact Groupon for a potential refund or exchange since my mother is no longer in the area to use the service. Given the circumstances, I hope there's a way to arrange a refund, as the cash would be more helpful to my mother right now. Thank you for your assistance.

I attempted to purchase LUCID mattresses, but the payment failed due to a credit card issue. Despite trying to cancel the order, it went through twice, resulting in unwanted items. Although my credit card company fixed the problem, Groupon processed the order twice. I wanted to cancel within two hours, but I was unaware it was processing late at night. The credit card company advised me to decline future orders from Groupon, which unfortunately did not happen. They suggested refusing payment after the pending status. To avoid further issues, I just received an email confirming another order of mattresses that I also need to cancel. As a teacher, these multiple orders are causing distress. I purchased a Groupon deal for Cialis from TellaDermMD, only to realize that I needed to provide a medical history and be assessed by a doctor, which was not clearly mentioned in the deal. I purchased a "Talk N Fix" (TNF) glass repair deal for my phone, advertised for a 5S or S5, though I have a Samsung 5. They didn't honor the deal but offered to fix it for $[redacted], promising a reimbursement. I've tried to reach out to Groupon multiple times in the past two weeks without any response. I'm so frustrated with this situation that I'm contemplating reporting both Groupon and TNF to the Better Business Bureau for their misleading practices. I was supposed to be contacted within specific time frames but never heard back to resolve my refund request. I'm going away this weekend and won't be back for 10 days, and my coupon will expire. My experience with this deal has been disappointing, to say the least.

I recently received the "Light and Breezy Car Seat Cover Combo 14-piece" order. Unfortunately, the set doesn't fit my car as it requires detachable headrests. I initiated the return process but encountered issues obtaining a return label as it was consistently shown as "Not Available." After repeated attempts, I noticed similar concerns from other customers in the FAQs section. I have contacted Groupon via email and attempted to reach out for assistance in obtaining a return label without success. Now, as they claim my time for returns has lapsed, I find myself unable to use the product and in need of a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing an issue and I am extremely upset. On Mother’s Day, May 13th, I visited ValEl salon for a microblading treatment with a touch-up. I did my research and was excited, but the technician seemed inexperienced and did not follow the correct procedure. After the treatment, my eyebrows were ruined with straight lines drawn on them using tattoo ink. I feel humiliated and avoid going outside. My eyebrows are permanently damaged, and I am having a bad reaction. I need assistance to address this unfair situation. I trusted the salon and now feel deceived. I bought a Groupon for a hair treatment only to find out the salon closed. Contacted Groupon for a refund a month ago but still haven't received it. Also got a Groupon for a plant event, paid more, and the event got canceled without notice. Plant night only responds about rescheduling, but I want a refund. Hello, I'm Alfredo M., a regular Groupon customer. I've used Groupon for travel across the US and as gifts for family and friends in different cities. I purchased a massage deal a few months ago, but scheduling an appointment has been difficult. The therapist prefers to communicate only via text and the earliest appointment available was three weeks out, which is challenging for me as a Catering company owner. When I tried to reschedule for a closer date, I was told the next available slot fell after the deal expiration and would incur an extra charge. This experience hasn't been satisfactory. I'm hoping for a refund or credit to purchase another Groupon. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased two Groupons (T Bowl and Tiff's) that expired. I tried to trade them in on the expiration dates but consistently encountered an error message. Despite contacting Customer Service when T Bowl expired, I did not receive any assistance. I managed to extend the Tiff's Groupon until tomorrow due to the recurring error messages. Could you possibly extend the expiration dates for both Groupons (maybe by 30 days) so I can exchange them in a timely manner? Thank you, Lori O.

I'm having trouble accessing the Groupons I recently bought. I reached out to Groupon, but they denied my request to fix the issue and also blocked me from asking for further help. This really upsets me as I've spent a lot on Groupons, including an online school course I can't access. I've been trying to contact Groupon via email for three days without success. When I tried calling, the number was invalid. It's frustrating that I can't speak to a live person about this. I'm going off the grid soon and would have liked this resolved before then. I bought a Groupon for One World Observatory with the understanding that the deal expired on May 21, but I was under the impression I could still use the voucher to book tickets after that date. Unfortunately, I faced issues when trying to redeem the voucher online for dates past May 21. I purchased a 2-pack and a single admission ticket. If I can't secure tickets for my August travel dates, I would expect a refund as the promotion was misleading. Additionally, I never had the chance to review and confirm my order when purchasing the Groupons on your site. The automatic charge to my credit card is unacceptable, leading my credit card company to dispute the charge. If these matters are not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau to address your misleading practices.

Dear Groupon, I recently utilized your service for the first time to purchase Red Sox tickets. My family and I will be attending a reunion event while visiting from California. I bought 10 tickets for the game on Sept 24, [redacted], expecting seats in the grandstand area above first base. However, I received bleacher seats in right field instead. My order number is XZ89742. I am disappointed and would like a refund or to exchange the tickets for the correct seating. The tickets I thought I was getting were priced at around $30 each, totaling $[redacted].34. The bleacher seats I received are valued at $23 each, which is not what I paid for. I purchased a Groupon on May 11, [redacted], for the Bardstown Country Club deal for $99 for 4 players. When I arrived on May 13 to use the Groupon, it didn't show up in my account. I checked my email and the app for verification but didn't receive anything. The golf pro couldn't find the Groupon under my name either. Consequently, I had to buy the $99 deal again on May 13 to play on Mother's Day. I noticed that I was charged twice for the same deal on my credit card, although I only received one voucher. I never got the voucher from the initial purchase on May 11. I am seeking a refund for the unissued voucher.

I bought a Groupon for hair services at Insignia Salon in Walnut Creek weeks ago. The price was around $65-70, but I need to check my account for the exact amount. Unfortunately, I couldn't redeem it when I arrived because it was a different service from my previous Groupon at the salon. I wish Groupon had clarified this before purchase, despite it being in the fine print. I even received emails encouraging me to book at Insignia, which made me feel misled. The salon made me pay full price and advised I submit a request for a Groupon credit. I hope to either get a refund or use the remaining amount for a future purchase. I recently bought two massages from Massage Approach through Groupon. I reached out to the vendor only to find out they are no longer partnering with Groupon. Despite my multiple attempts to contact Groupon about this issue, I have not heard back yet. I'm a loyal Groupon user, and I believe I should still be able to redeem the promotional value of these massages as per Groupon's policy outlined in the "fine print." I've sent several emails but haven't received any response. I kindly request customer service to address and resolve this matter promptly.

I bought a $91 Groupon for my mother's massage package to be done on May 19th. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to my mother spraining her ankle the day before. When I reached out to reschedule, I was informed that I couldn't and would have to pay a higher price for missing the appointment. The provider marked the voucher as redeemed even though it was unused. I am unable to cancel the order as it was already marked redeemed. The provider is not willing to refund the money or reschedule for the original price, insisting we pay an additional $40. I explained the situation was a medical emergency and I had already paid for the services. Seeking assistance to resolve this issue and get a refund.

I hold a Groupon for a massage at Tonicity in D.C. My initial appointment got canceled due to a snowstorm and reaching them by phone was challenging. After rescheduling, last Monday, 5/14 at 12, I called multiple times between 11 and 12:10 to notify them I was running late. Arriving at 12:12, the building had no signage indicating Tonicity, massage, or any way to access them. The door was locked with no bell. Despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone, they remained unreachable. Following the distressing experience, wasted time, and money, due to the company's dubious behavior, I am seeking a full refund for this Groupon.
