Dear Groupon,*I just used you service for the first time for Red Sox tickets. We will be in the area from California for a family reunion event. The ** tickets I purchased are for Sept **, ****. My order is XZ*****. I believed I was buying tickets in the grandstand area above first base. The tickets I received are in the bleacher seats in right field. I don't know what could have happened but am dissatisfied and would like either a refund or have the funds paid applied to different seats. **Additionally, the seats I thought I purchased were around $**. which seems to be reflected in the total paid (***.**). The bleacher tickets I received were $**. seats which should have been far less.**Thanks for helping resolve this matter.**Craig Schreiner
