The issue in GetHuman-lilianne's own words
I purchased a Groupon for One World Observatory with the understanding that the promotional offer expired on May **st, but that I would be able to use the voucher to book tickets after that date. When following your written instructions and trying to redeem the voucher online I could not purchase tickets past the May **st date. I purchased a *-pack and a single admission ticket. If I am not able to get tickets for my travel dates in August then I would expect to be refunded as your promotion was unclear and misrepresented its offer.*Furthermore, when purchasing the Groupons on your site, I was never given the option to review and confirm my order. Groupon automatically charged my credit card. This is unacceptable and my credit card company has been notified and will be disputing this charge on our behalf. *If you are unable to resolve these issues to my satisfaction, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report your deceiptful practices.
