Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Yesterday I tried to purchase a Groupon for Satori- laser hair removal and was notified shortly after that the order never went through. So I re-ordered the package after calling my bank because there was an issue with my card. This morning I noticed Groupon charged me twice- once for the unsuccessful transaction after the hold on my card was removed, and then a second time when I actually re-purchased the Groupon. I would like to be refunded for one of the transactions. **My name is casey hollawell and my order number is ****-******-******.
