Hi I am just going through my records of recent activity on my charge card and I was looking into a few Groupon deals but I never actually purchased and went through with the orders. I'm kind of really frustrated and angry with this site. I am in need of a actual human being calling me back and the sad part is that because of the fact I was not aware that the consequences of me just looking at some of the deals on the site and the exact descriptions and fine print and the dates of thetrips and different prices of the various dates of the trip , I wasnt looking for any activity on my statement. Bc like I said I never completed or even confirmed nor purchased the items that were taken off my card That was never given my permission to go in my account and take anything at all off. The fact that they are saying I'm supposed to check in on this trip I never purchased is a crock and illegal. Please can a human who can resolve this issues contact me asap my name is Kristen Kelly and my number is *** ***-****
