Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mrmorale's own words
I have been contacting groupon but the customer service number kept saying it is closed. I was cancelling my purchase for overnight stay at Secret hotel in Washington for June *nd since Thursday due to emergency situation at my job that we cannot go anymore. The conversation in our chat with the representative told me to wait for the email but I did not get one, one of the representative said it is still in the que so I have to wait. I called the hotel and they said Groupon cancelled already. I just want to request if even for one time courtesy for a refund or even a groupon credit for the refund of this purchase. It never happened to me before that I cancelled a purchase for stay at the last minute, I hope groupon will consider my request for refund or credit or even another reservation to the same place on another date.**Thank you for your assistance and hoping for your consideration.**You can reach me at *****@***.com
