I wrote the problem three days ago. In a nutshell I'm trying to get my money back or a gift certificate. I"d prefer money back as my dietary restrictions make it hard to find a restuarant that works for me but Bann Restaurant had nothing they could serve.

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-capaulso's own words
I have a groupon (Bann Restaurant) that expired. It's worth $** for *. Since I purchased it I have developed dietary restrictions. I went to the Bann restaurant and asked them if they could make something that would work for me. They said no so I'd either like my money back (the best option as it's very difficult finding restaurants for my issues) or a gift certificate or something like that to attempt to find another groupon restaurant.
This is especially frustrating as I explained my problem. You keep sending emails but I guess you don't read replies. Finally I saw that it said fixed but I don't know how. You said they make phone calls at a certain point but I've never heard from you. My phone number is *** *** ****.
It can be resolved by sending me the $** on the expired groupon. But if I have to I'll take a gift certificated or something similar.
I've been a customer for many years. However I haven't used the restaurant service for a while as it's very hard to find ones that work with my restrictions.
No I just keep responding to your GetHuman emails which I assume you don't read. There needs to be a better way to contact you. Your current method is not working for me.
