I currently have two Groupons in my account, but I am facing issues with both purchases. One Groupon is for a massage service with an impending expiration date. When trying to schedule an appointment, I have faced difficulties reaching the provider, who seems overwhelmed with demand. Despite a previous cancellation and inability to reschedule, I require a refund for this service due to my limited availability as an ER nurse. The other Groupon I bought is for house cleaning, with a four-hour service limit for five rooms. However, the provider insists on extra charges for additional rooms and my location, which was not disclosed in the offer details. I am disappointed and seeking a refund for this purchase as well, as the additional charges are unjustified for the services offered.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Novilhos Brazilian Steakhouse, $[redacted] value for four adults Rodizio Dinner. We had a reservation for 5 adults and 1 child at the Bellevue, Washington location on May 13th. During payment, I mentioned the Groupon, and the server wrote down the code and marked it as redeemed. However, they then informed me that they couldn't honor it and refused the discount. When I questioned why it was marked as redeemed, the manager was unhelpful and outright rude. I had to pay the full amount without the Groupon discount. I now seek assistance in receiving a refund since the coupon was redeemed but not applied to my bill. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Last Monday I paid $[redacted] for duct cleaning service. I contacted the company immediately but didn't hear back until today. They informed me they don't service my area, which is more than 20 miles away from them. This makes the purchase invalid. It was misleading that the offer showed up as an option even though they don't cover my location. I now understand the service is only valid within a 20-mile radius of the company. I request a full refund since I wasn't aware of the short 3-day refund policy. Please refund the full amount promptly. If you can find and book another trustworthy company for the same service today, I would be willing to proceed. Thank you.

I bought two one-hour facials with a neck, shoulder, and hand massage. I contacted Laura Beauty, specifying my purchase, and scheduled the appointments. Today, my mother and I arrived for our Mother's Day gift. The owner confirmed the appointment yesterday for the one-hour facial with neck and hand massage. Upon arrival, we were asked to remove our tops for the massage first. After a 30-minute massage, I was informed it was followed by a 30-minute facial. I clarified it was supposed to be one hour, showing my voucher after the massage. They charged an extra $50, claiming I hadn't explained on the phone. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with how the owner handled the situation. This experience has left me disappointed, especially since I have never encountered any issues with Groupon until today.

I had an appointment at The Color Bar in Kaneohe, Hawaii on Saturday, May 12, [redacted] at 9am. When I arrived, Chrissy, also known as The Color Bar, was not there. Another client with an 8am appointment was also waiting. After waiting for 2 hours, the other client left, and I waited for another 3.5 hours before having to leave for an event. Throughout my wait, 6 other clients with the same Groupon for full highlights, cut, and style came and went. Chrissy had double booked me for 9am with another client on that Saturday morning. After finally reaching Chrissy the next evening on Mother's Day, I was given an appointment for 10am the following Monday. Despite texting her at 8am to confirm, she canceled on me last minute as I arrived at her shop after a long bus ride. This situation was extremely unprofessional and I am requesting a refund immediately. Thank you.

I purchased a trip to Great Wolf Lodge on one credit card under my fiance's name, B.C. Martin, on 4/17. Unfortunately, the confirmation kept showing an error. So, in a rush, I re-booked the trip on my card, E.R. Keller, on 4/19. We used my debit card at check-in and everything seemed fine. However, we discovered that we were mistakenly charged twice for the same visit when we received our statements. We kindly request a refund of $[redacted] to rectify this error promptly. I purchased a Groupon for East Town Spa in Milwaukee, WI and I would like to request a refund. Despite not having used the Groupon yet, I have discovered that I am unable to receive the discounted price for services because I utilized a Groupon at their location over a year ago. The lack of specificity in the initial fine print led to this confusion as it did not mention any restrictions regarding previous Groupon use. After the Groupon was redeemed, the staff informed me that I would have to pay full price, which I found to be unreasonable. In attempting to resolve this issue over the phone, I encountered rude behavior from the company's representatives when they explained their policy, leaving me feeling frustrated. Additionally, I recently had my appointment rescheduled due to the unavailability of a service provider, adding further inconvenience to my experience. At this point, I no longer wish to utilize their services and would like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I attempted to buy a mediquick weight loss plan for one month with a 25% off coupon. After clicking the pay button, I expected to enter the coupon on the next page but accidentally made the purchase twice. Being 66 years old and not very computer-savvy, especially on a fixed income, I did not intend to buy two of these plans without the discount. I contacted Groupon's chat support twice, but the first representative claimed no purchase was made and disconnected. My credit card company confirmed two charges of $73 each on the 9th. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a hair styling service with Tanya Beckman on 4/4/18. I scheduled an appointment for Mon, 5/7/18 at 3pm but was asked to reschedule for Thur, 5/10. I informed her of a conflicting appointment but have not heard back for alternative dates. Despite trying to reach her through calls and texts, I have not received a response. I noticed her salon name has changed, but the contact number remains the same. I believe I should not have to continuously contact her for a new appointment. As I have not been able to book a new date, I am requesting a refund of $22.00. Thank you.

I purchased a helicopter ticket for two, but unfortunately, there was a company accident resulting in fatalities. Following this, the aviation representative offered a refund as my partner no longer wished to fly. I initially provided my voucher number over the phone when booking the flight. After the incident, the aviation company assured me of a refund. However, Groupon has now marked my voucher as redeemed, and it is set to expire in four days. I am uncertain about the next steps to secure a refund for the two aviation tickets.

I recently purchased a Groupon for flower delivery from Rodeo Roses in Chandler, AZ, Order # [redacted]91. However, I wasn't able to use it because they only accept in-store orders, which is impossible for me as I am in Houston, TX. There was no disclaimer about this limitation when I made the purchase. I recently purchased a windshield repair voucher from Groupon for Aaron's Auto Glass in Chicago. The deal I bought was for 2 windshield chip repairs for $35. I assumed this meant I could have two separate repair events, which is important to me as a rideshare driver. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was informed that the voucher is only good for one repair event. This was not clearly specified in the advertisement. On May 20th, I purchased two Groupons for a 5-day vacation to Iceland. The travel agent at Gate 1 Travel quoted a price of $[redacted].00 per person to change the departure from Boston, USA to Edmonton, AB Canada. Upon contacting Gate 1 again, I was informed that the original quote was no longer available, and the new cost for changing departure airports would be $[redacted] US each, with layovers in Calgary and New York. There seems to be a delay in resolving this issue as I reached out to Groupon, and I am still waiting for a response. Our Groupon expires at the end of May, and I'm concerned about the change in pricing and the layovers. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly as my husband and I will be away and unable to manage the booking.

We believe we do not have a valid booking with Great Value Vacations. I bought a carpet cleaning deal from Extreme Clean LLC on October 15, [redacted], through Groupon. The coupon had no expiration date and wasn't used. I have a Groupon for Bann Restaurant that has expired, valued at $20 for 2 persons. After purchasing it, I developed dietary restrictions. When I asked Bann Restaurant to accommodate my needs, they declined. I am now seeking a refund as it's challenging to find suitable restaurants, or alternatively, a gift certificate to try another Groupon restaurant.

I bought a package deal of three cryotherapy sessions for $55. Later, I found a better offer with seven sessions for $45 at One Touch, where I used $12 in Groupon credits. I asked for a refund, which was initially processed for $55 but has now disappeared from my account. I need the $55 to be credited back to my card or applied as a credit for another service.
