Groupon sent me an offer for Diamondback tickets. So on ****** I tried to purchase ** for tomorrow *******, and was denied. I contacted Customer service by Email because there is no phone number. I was told that that Groupon was sold out. So I ordered ** tickets for today *******, and it was accepted. I received notification that I bought tickets for both days, which I can't use. I would like to cancel the tickets for *******, which I was first denied for. I have never been able to use a Groupon twice before! Can you please help me with this (it is $***.**) My name is Joyce Tinney. Phone ****-***-****. I prefer to speak with someone, please.
