Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tomjohn will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-tomjohn later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I just signed on with Groupon and placed and order for flowers for mothers day. they cost $** with* $** off. Gave groupon all the info, and after a few days I recvd conformation . I waited until mothers day and no flowers. I called Floweres and wonder were they were. I found out they weren't ordered. I found out*I bought the coupon and it didn't include shipping and tax and other cost* By the time I would buy the flowers it would cost over $**. I canc. it would*my $** refund. I learned how works now.
