I bought three vouchers for canvas prints from Simple Canvas Prints via PayPal on April 29. I attempted to place my order multiple times but encountered errors each time. I even had to request shipping cost refunds twice due to the issues. Despite following their suggestions and waiting as advised, I still couldn't place my order successfully. After contacting them again today, they recommended I seek a refund from you. I kindly request a refund of $29.97 to my PayPal account at [redacted] as soon as possible. I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding my recent order. After a lengthy search, I found the perfect red comforter that I ordered specifically in red. Regrettably, the item I received was burgundy instead. The order confirmation, as well as the receipt, both clearly indicate red. The receipt states it is a final sale, but this error was not on my part. I am willing to return the incorrect item and expect either the correction to be sent promptly or a refund issued back to my card. Additionally, there is another item pending shipment, and I have noticed it is not the size I initially selected. I ordered a red queen size comforter, not a burgundy full size. I am hopeful that this misunderstanding can be resolved satisfactorily.

Hello, I am a new vendor on Groupon through Viator. My business, Big Island Buggy, is located in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, not on Oahu in Honolulu as currently advertised. Due to this error, I have been receiving inquiries from customers in Honolulu, causing confusion. I have already notified Groupon and Viator about this issue nearly a week ago, but it has not been resolved yet. I accidentally clicked "checkout" on Groupon and was charged $20.00 from my bank card. This has happened twice in one week, and I want my card information removed. The site did not allow me to go back to the previous screen to correct the mistake, which made me feel like my card information was saved intentionally. As a new customer, this experience has been inconvenient and upsetting. I have been trying to reach customer service for over a week without success. I am unable to delete my credit card information despite several attempts. Unlike my experience with Amazon, where I frequently save items to my cart without issues, Groupon has charged me without my intent to purchase anything.

I have recently recovered from an illness and was checking my Groupon account when I noticed multiple hotel purchases dating back to [redacted], some still showing as "purchased today" in [redacted]. I had canceled these bookings, and I am shocked to see them still on my account. I am looking for a refund for these unused vouchers amounting to hundreds of dollars. Equally disappointing is the lack of communication from Groupon's end regarding this issue. When I called for assistance, I was directed to email, leaving me frustrated as I expected more direct customer service from such a big company.

I reached out to Customer Support last week, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I have a Groupon voucher with the code #LG-GKMY-ZPKP-R4KY-SZFT for $59 at Orange Lake Golf. However, I am unable to locate this voucher in my account, my husband's account, or my daughter's account. I am uncertain if the voucher is still valid for the amount paid as we might not have used it before. We are set to travel to Florida this Saturday, and my husband would like to use it if possible. I have checked the "redeemed," "expired," and "all" sections with no luck. I am puzzled by the missing record and would appreciate a prompt response. I have not received a response yet, and I am uncertain about the status of my inquiry. On February 28, [redacted], my sister-in-law bought Groupon tickets for La Guardia restaurant in Windsor, Ontario. Our plans included a complimentary hotel stay and tickets for the David Foster concert on April 15. Unfortunately, due to a labor dispute involving the hotel staff starting in mid-March, both our hotel reservation and concert tickets were canceled. Traveling [redacted] miles round trip from Tillsonburg or London for dinner in Windsor is impractical given the ongoing situation. The uncertainty of rescheduling the concert and hotel stay, combined with the challenge of coordinating all four of us to adjust our schedules, makes the situation complex. I bought a Groupon last night at 9:00 pm Central Time for Shari’s Berries, a $30 value for $15. I planned to use it as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. However, I am disappointed with the pricing on their website after applying the Groupon. The costs increased significantly, and at checkout, I was being charged nearly the same amount as if I didn't use the Groupon. I believed the Groupon would make my purchase half the regular price, as I was only buying a dozen strawberries for $34.98. Therefore, I assumed with the discount, I would only pay $4.98 plus shipping. But the final price was over $50, which is not what I expected. Hello Groupon community, I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my account for a service I never received. I purchased a 1-[redacted]-flowers Groupon for $15 but encountered issues trying to place my order online due to an error message. Despite contacting 1-[redacted]-flowers customer service, the code still didn't work. The agent offered me a 20% discount and free shipping if I proceeded with the order without the Groupon. However, when I tried to visit their website, it was down. I also called the provided phone number and left a voicemail on a mailbox without a recording, making me doubt if it's an active business. I attempted to call back but received no answer. I purchased this flight as a birthday gift for my fiancé and now I am uncertain about its legitimacy. I purchased a spa package from Tranquility Therapeutics. We have encountered difficulties with using the appointments due to the therapist's medical leave. Initially, we were limited to one appointment per month, and when we tried to redeem the last session, it was canceled due to medical reasons once again. Despite inquiring about an upcoming appointment, the therapist accused us of being rude, though we have evidence to the contrary in our messages. We were advised to contact you for a refund. I am seeking guidance on the steps necessary to receive a refund for this package, as it has been a disappointment. I believe this therapist should reconsider posting deals on Groupon due to the lack of reliability in her appointments.

Hello, Today, my group purchased three Groupons for a whale watching tour, but we were incredibly disappointed with the experience. We were asked to arrive at 9:45 AM for a prompt departure, but the tour did not begin until 10:10 AM due to latecomers. The condition of the boat was subpar, setting a negative tone for the trip. Despite the lack of whale sightings (not even a dolphin), which can be unpredictable, the tour failed to engage us. The crew disappeared, leaving passengers cold and bored without any attempts to lighten the mood. In comparison to previous tours where some efforts were made to entertain and comfort guests, this experience fell short in every aspect. I purchased a Groupon on April 9, [redacted], from Optimistic Medicine Studio for a Mother’s Day gift. I scheduled the appointment more than 30 days in advance for May 12, [redacted], at 1 pm. Despite confirming with the representative that our appointment was secure, I received a cancellation message from the studio at midnight the night before our appointment. This situation is disappointing as it affected plans I made for my boyfriend and I to treat our mothers to spa days before Mother’s Day. We were left with no options since everything else was fully booked. It would be appreciated if we could receive a refund for the Groupon purchases to make up for this inconvenience during such a special occasion.

I am experiencing difficulty purchasing the Groupon for Clix Hair Salon. Initially, I encountered problems with billing information on the first two attempts despite having successfully used those credit cards recently. On my third try, I couldn't use the "your50" code due to it being allegedly maxed out, even though the previous transaction failed. Groupon issued $25 in credit to compensate. Unfortunately, I then faced an error stating, "This order exceeds the purchase maximum for this deal." After another chat with a live agent, the issue got resolved. Now, I plan to try a different payment method; however, when attempting to use the code "mom," I received an error message saying, "Sorry, this code can’t be applied—you’ve used it on the maximum number of orders. Check the code’s rules."
