Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I have been extremely ill and only recently able to resume to somewhat “normal “ activities. I was looking on groupon and actually made a purchase. After redeeming my purchase on went in my account to check groupin bucks and was stunned and disappointed to note there are several hotel groupon purchases still on my account!!!! I had canceled them shortly after purchasing and just noted some go back to ****??? I also noted the heading for the **** purchased say “purchased today?” *I expect what I believed I was getting and that is a refund for the hundreds of dollars of useless groupings. I am also disappointed nobody ever contacted me from your organization?*Lastly, I attempted to call only to be directed to email as the only means to discuss and rectify this customer service issue. I find this ridiculous an organization as large as yours does not feel the need to deal directly with their clientele gives the impression of not caring!!!****-***-****
So frustrating because this is ***.** and when I got first response it had nothing to do with my issue. They focused on how to use my groupons??
