I ordered a watch and you sent me an earring instead. It’s been more than a week and I cannot receive a voice call to voice my concerns. I’ve lost hope in your deals and your services but I’m not going to let you take away my hard earned cash. Please refund me my money and I will send you the garbage you sent me. I have a receipt with the exact item I ordered. I will have to get a third party involved because I feel you are trying to outsmart me. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from groupon. Each time I got exactly what I order. What the **** happened now. Can you feel my frustration. I order my watch to go on a trip and I need it or my money back. I don’t want no email. Someone need to call me ASAP.
