I saw a advertisement on groupon for * sixty min massages and purchased it * ******** I tried to call and schedule an appointment and was told they were booked for that day so I call back a week later and scheduled an appointment and wehe I gave them the * and my name they said I had used the offer once before and that I would have to pay an additional cost to use the groupon due to restrictions. Approx a year ago I had also purchase a groupon fro you all for two massages used one and when I tried to call and schedule second one I could not get an answer so I drove to outlet and business was cloed with no info on their bussinedd. I contacted your organization and was told that you all had no info on their move and refunded me. *This time it just so happened it was the same business who had moved and now operates out of a different location. They told me offer was not valid. and wanted me to pay more*First* I hadn't been able to used* all of first groupon *Second* they moved not me *Third : I should not have to * pay more for their their * issues of moving**Where do I stand ?*THEY DID NOT FULFILL FIRST OFFER BY MOVING*Does this happen often ?*Is this the standard policy?*The Amt paid for this offere was $**.***My Email is *****@***.com
