I have been overcharging multiple times. I have contacted my bank it's not on their end as the trouble shooting suggest. I have sent multiple emails. I am ready to contact authorities as bank suggested, as it would be a federal charge. I need that money back in account! This is causing overdraft fees and returned items! Orders weren't received on time and missing part of orders. This is ridiculous!
GetHuman-shodajen did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
