Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon
The issue in GetHuman-amaning's own words
I made a purchase on May *nd **** and made a payment of $***.** my order * *****-******-******. I noticed that yesterday May *th, **** there was a charge from Groupon for the same order that I made a payment of $***.** . why am I been charge twice for the same order and now my bank account is in negative status , I want the overcharge refunded as soon as possible and also I want my negative charges to be pay by groupon.
GetHuman-amaning did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
