This is about purchases of Go Airport Express rides to O'Hare airport, orders purchased on November *, **** and January *, ****. I was told by Go Airport Express when I purchased the vouchers that even though my zip code (*****) was not included in those listed by Groupon, they would honor it at full fare if I departed from the Marriot Marquis. or my condo, which is * block from the Marriot Marquis. Now, I go to redeem these groupon vouchers with Go Airport Express, and I'm told that they will credit me the purchase price, not the Groupon voucher price for these vouchers, despite one of them not being expired (the November **** voucher is expired, the January **** voucher is not). Please just give me a credit for the price purchased for these * vouchers because not only will they not honor the terms as they indicated when I purchased the Groupon vouchers, they won't even give me full credit for the value of the vouchers.
